This mix will take less than 20 minutes to whip up, does not require any baking and makes the perfect snack to refuel after a workout. Kids love these as well and they're perfect for an after dinner treat (and they'd never know they're healthy!)
These bliss balls will last in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, or in the freezer for 3 months- so you will always have healthy snacks on hand!
One mix will make approximately 12 bliss balls.

Another great idea is to make the mix with dates, press into a brownie tin, chill and cut into a fudge slice it also works as a great base for vegan cheesecakes!
Desiccated coconut, natural almond meal, raw organic cacao powder, black chia seeds, LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) meal.
Just add either
- 1 cup of pitted dates
- 2 tbs of melted coconut oil
- 2tbs of syrup (maple, honey or agave)
- 2tbs of coconut oil, melted.
